About me
I am a psychologist experienced in the fields of organisational, clinical, educational, developmental, and legal psychology, dedicated to fostering meaningful community impact through culture change.
Experience
Currently, I serve as the Recognition & Rewards Programme Manager at Maastricht University, where I oversee the implementation of the national Recognition & Rewards programme. In this role, I bridge faculties, leadership, and the Scientific Board to advance a transparent, inclusive, and supportive academic culture.
My responsibilities include driving university-wide initiatives to promote fair career progression, facilitating collaboration among Faculty Liaisons, and ensuring alignment of Recognition & Rewards principles with institutional goals. I also lead projects that integrate best practices and evidence-based research, with a focus on empowering teams and fostering sustainable cultural change.
Previously, I served as a Learning and Development Advisor at Maastricht University’s Leadership Academy, where I focused on leadership development and integrating Recognition & Rewards with innovative leadership programs. My experience as an Education Development Officer further honed my expertise in curriculum design, program enhancement, and building collaborations with international and local partners.
