What is RRview?
RRview is an online platform for and by the Dutch Recognition & Rewards community. It has an open and a private part. At the open part you find information, knowlede and new policy regarding to the system and culture shift Recognition & Rewards aims for. Here you can read more about the programme.
In the private part of RRview, we share knowledge, develop dialogue, collaborate in groups and plan activities. If you want to contribute, you can becom a member via the registration form.
What is a group?
After registration, you'll find out that the structure of RRview is arranged into groups, which you can join to stay informed (open group) or gain access to (closed group). Each group has an administrator drawn from the community, administrators design the format and encourage dialogue.
Tip! We are happy to recommend our Knowledge Base. There we have collected resources on relevant Recognition & Rewards topics.
What information can I find in a group?
The purpose of a group is to share material on the relevant topic so that we can learn from each other's work. There is also room for dialogue and co-creation. We hope you will share ideas, concepts and knowledge so that we can work more efficiently together.
How can I use RRview?
We invite you to connect with colleagues (via chat), like 'thoughts', post a thought (this is what we call 'posts'), share ideas, ask questions, read documents, reflect on current or underexposed topics or start a dialogue.
What do you expect from me if I am a member?
Of course, we hope you enjoy following our content. There are no obligations, only opportunities. If you want to contribute to accelerating and deepening the dialogue around Recognition & Rewards, we warmly invite you to actively participate. The knowledge and skills you gain here will likely be valuable for future conversations around Recognition & Rewards.
Who can see my contribution?
With a closed group only the members of that group. If the group is open, only the members of the platform.
What is a platform culture?
We want to create an open, horizontal, polite and curious culture, where the idea is that exchange can already take place during the working process. In other words: in doubt about something? Ask your questions and share your dilemmas with your colleagues!
Can I distribute the material I find in the Knowledge Bank or elsewhere?
Yes, provided of course it is stated that it is not intended. If in doubt, contact community manager Claartje Chajes. The conversations we have on RRview are not meant to be published elsewhere.
