My PhD focuses on the sociology of crisis governance.

Before starting my PhD, I worked as a policy advisor on talent policy at a university medical center. My portfolio focused on professorial appointments, recognition & rewards, diversity, grants and awards, and talent management.

Prior to that, I worked as a policy officer on the implementation of the new Higher Education Act at a University of Applied Sciences. In this role, I focused on employee and student participation in governance and decision-making (e.g., university council).
