About me
In 2015, I came to the Netherlands to study Human Resources Studies and thought that I would return to Germany after my master’s degree. However, life came along and I am still living in Tilburg and work at TU Eindhoven.
Experience
I previously worked at the Human Performance Management Group (IE&IS) as a doctoral candidate on how STEM organizations can benefit from increasing workforce diversity. Spoiler alert: inclusion represents a critical approach for leaders and employees to exchange perspectives proactively and interact prosocial within teams. In my current function as L&D specialist, I implement approaches that promote diversity, equality, and inclusion within our university to create a more inclusive workplace in which people feel that they belong but, at the same time, can be authentic.
