On RRview, we share our thoughts (posts) in specific groups. To start or react (to) a dialogue, we invite you to become a member of our platform. Some groups are public, some are private.

The general public group to share a thought is FORUM.
In addition, we exchange views on topics in line with the Position Paper (and Road Map) in theme groups. Important themes are Leadership, Team science, Career Paths, Assessing Quality, Open Science, Early Careers. Almost all institutions participating in Recognition & Rewards have their own group on RRview.

Here you find an overview of all groups.
Most of them start in Dutch, feel free to add content in English.

How to engage on RRview

To give each other a hand in guiding through policies and documents, we recommend going through these 5 steps when sharing material on RRview.

1. Consider: who is your thought for? In which group on RRview does it belong? Is that an public or a closed group? Via what kind of explanation can you reach out to this group? Which part of your document would you like to highlight on RRview? Are there any elements in your work that took extra effort and how did you arrive at the final form? Explanations help others develop in their process.
And: write a note with points you want to include in the thought.

2. Choose an image to go with your thought (more than one will do), check if there are any digital links or (extra) attachments you want to add. You can insert an image in your text or as an attachment so that the reader can click/enlarge it and view it as a slide show if there are several.

3. Come up with a clear and attractive title for your tought. A title that invites reading and/or summarises the content well. It is okay to be stimulating. An active sentence is the most appealing.

4. The same goes for the thought text itself: write actively. This is the best way to hold the reader's attention.

5. Does your text have a conclusion? Do you want to discuss it with the reader or can the reader contact you for more information? Mention your motivation in a sentence at the bottom of your text. That gets people moving :)

Please note: if you want certain people to read your contribution, you can send a tip to certain people or a group, or 'mention' them by tagging @people in the comments.
Of course, I am available to support you if there is something you cannot solve yourself.

Good luck and best wishes,
