I graduated in 1996 in business communications and conversation analysis at the Dutch Railways. After that I never stopped studying. I am subsequently professionally trained by well known Dutch agencies such as &Samhoud and Involve, where I supervised vision, strategy and change processes in very diverse organizations. I earned my spurs as a communications manager and director at Radboudumc and Dichterbij. In 2016 I founded my first agency (Vank), followed bij Rechtdoorzee in 2021.
