How inspiring it was to meet last Friday! Perhaps you have a few minutes to leave a short reflection of your experience on RRview?

For example, around one of these topics:

• A thought that came to mind in response to the festival last weekend.
• An unforgettable image, statement, dialogue or situation.
• The conversation you are going to put on your institution's agenda.
• How you are going to encourage colleagues in your workplace to recognise and reward.
• What you are going to do differently from now (for good).
