About RRview

RRview is a knowledge based interaction-platform where participants of the Dutch Recognition & Rewards movement gather for a vivid dialogue and cooperation about the program. RRview is built on the initiative of the national project lead, to make work on R&R easier and faster ánd to go deeper together.

We aim for you to find inspiration, network and knowledge to take the development of Recognition & Rewards within your University, organization or UMC to a higher level.

On RRview, a public post here is called a 'thought', we respond to each other with 'comments' and encourage each other with 'likes'.

We want to create an open, horizontal and curious culture on RRview, following the idea that exchange takes place during work processes. In other words: are you in doubt about something? Ask your questions and share your dilemmas with your R&R colleagues!

As a general platform etiquette, we like to point out that we work on constructive dialogues. When you respond to a thought, please take into account the following:
If your comment is about a sensitive/important topic, make your contribution as objective as possible.
What is the purpose of your comment? Consider: 'what if this was about me? How would I experience it?'
