Join us to develop your theory of change on how to develop diversified and talented teams! Come experience the Journey of Progress game, a card set that enables you (and your team) to think collaboratively on how and why change is supposed to happen in your given context. In just 40 minutes, participants build pathways from their desirable future to the specific actions needed to realise change. The card set can be used in various contexts to understand envisioned change processes. Any group of individuals working towards a common goal, without prior knowledge, can use the tool.
