Thanks for the link. Was great to watch it.
Really interesting to see that PhDs, postdocs and ECRs want to take part in this movement and hopefully we also will get support for it and know how to prepare ourselves better to diversify our career paths.
Maybe indeed it is time to rethink the 'classical' PhD trajectory and if the candidate wants he/she should also be allowed to be assessed on teaching or/and impact skills apart from just publishing papers and creating thesis chapters from them.
