With the Recognition & Rewards programme, we want to achieve a healthy and open academic culture. Supervisors are primarily responsible for creating a socially safe and inclusive working environment where teamwork, talent development, and (academic) integrity are paramount. We will ensure that there is a focus on good leadership at all job levels.
Leadership training in line with the programme of Recognition & Rewards is mandatory in every Dutch academic organisation since the start of 2025.
