Vandaag heeft programmaleider E&W @sanlifaez de eerste aflevering van zijn persoonlijke nieuwsbrief 'The Academy Square' gepubliceerd op Substack. In deze nieuwsbrief zal hij observaties en zijn eigen perceptie vanuit zijn rol als programmamanager Erkennen & Waarderen.

Oftewel, zoals hij zelf aangeeft:

'I strongly believe that telling the truth of what I observe, even from my narrow perspective that is subject to my filters and biases, is the best help that I can provide to my community, and to my managers. By publishing these newsletters, I hope to encourage all my peers to make things they see more mentionable. Even if they fear it may disappoint their managers, or they hesitate that it may discourage their students and team-members, or a combination of both. I hope they choose to say something when they see something.
