Book: Redeveloping Academic Career Frameworks for Twenty-First Century Higher Education

This book spotlights new pathways for academic career progression beyond the traditional teaching-and-research model. It sets out key parameters for constructive conversations about alignment to these new pathways, which are examined from the point of view of individuals at different stages in their careers, as well as at an institutional level.
