010. UU Strategic plan 2030

Utrecht University’s Strategic Plan 2030 consists of five guiding principles, specifically Collaborating across Borders, Future-proof Education, Open Science, Engaged Community, and Focus on Sustainable Transitions. Prior to these chapters, however, the Profile and Identity chapter describes who we are and what we stand for. The Organisation chapter is new, and covers developments in our business operations. It is not a guiding principle, but is essential for achieving our ambitions and carrying out our core missions of education, research, impact and patient care. Het Strategisch Plan 2030 van de Universiteit Utrecht is opgebouwd langs de lijnen van vijf leidende principes, namelijk Samenwerken over grenzen, Toekomstbestendig onderwijs, Open Science, Betrokken gemeenschap en Focus op duurzame transities. Voorafgaand aan deze hoofdstukken beschrijft het hoofdstuk Profiel en Identiteit wie wij zijn en waarvoor we staan. Nieuw is het hoofdstuk Organisatie, over ontwikkelingen in de bedrijfsvoering. Geen leidend principe, maar onmisbaar voor het realiseren van onze ambities en voor de uitvoering van onze kerntaken onderwijs, onderzoek, impact en patiëntenzorg.
